It's a truly amazing experience... It can help people work past fears and things that may be holding them back in this life. It's also just fun to know what you were and what you did in your past live(s)! :) Although there are some things to be aware of. Some people do feel emotions even deeper and even stronger while doing it. But for the most part, your mind will not show you what you are not ready to see. Overall, it can be very helpful! The most important thing is that if you feel like you shouldn't do it, then don't do it. Also that you need to find a certified professional practicing hypnotherapist. But it can truly be a very eye-opening experience that can help you even more than you might expect in this life... If you do decide to go though, I hope you have a wonderful time! 😊 Edit: I'm sure there are probably some good RU-vid videos out there of the past life regression therapy, but you never know... And when it comes to accessing your subconscious mind, I believe it's better to be safe than sorry... Good luck anyone who decides to try it! :)

I tried it once, it was by thomas r wilson. I saw a few things and even could feel smth with my body. But as someone said, it may take time. Also I think it's important to be invested in this. If you're sceptic, it won't work I think.

I've tried this before and at first I failed cause I fell asleep, but I didn't give up and when I finally made it right, I saw myself as an old man living in the forest, I had 4 sons (o_O) and I saw them all around me in my death bed, they were all adults. It wasn't scary or anything, it was peaceful. Before that I saw my own reflection and the texture of my skin (which definetly was different from what I have now lol). I could feel the cold of that forest and the warmth of "my" elder son's hand while he held it. It was crazy!

Lol this was so cute. Don’t give up Rie!! I suggest you practice meditation for a while before trying again, I used to do a lot of meditation last summer and when I tried doing this it worked for me but not my sisters who did not have enough practice with meditation.
