Hey girl, as someone who’s dealt with anxiety, I know how bad it can be! I have tips which have helped me decrease it, 1 is of course very easily to just avoid , avoid , avoid the anxiety as much as I can, however I know that doesn’t work for everyone ; just knowing that how your feeling isn’t eternal and change is just commencing ; kind of affirming you will be okay in time (In sha Allah!)Also knowing your anxiety isn’t defining you as a person , and the anxiety will subside at some point, has helped for mee; make dua for your anxiety thoughhh sis, and In sha Allah I will for you too~ Sending you so so much love and hugs sis🤍xx

I am the same. I cant deal with changes. I had to change house this year, still cant figure out. my room wasnt ready I had to buy all the furnitures, I cant arrange my clothes, I had a system before even I am messy still can find my things but now I dont know where is what. its driving me crazy. even I cant change bag until it ruins. everything has a place in my purse If I change my bag, feel like I forget something.

Amanda I hope ur doing well 💜💜💜, but if you've been getting anxiety for 6 months or more I recommend going to a therapist it helps a lot , I also recommend mediating every morning 💜

I agree with this suggestion, therapy is a great investment in our mental health! Change is hard, but therapy can help equip one to navigate better. It's honestly the best decision I ever made for myself. Wishing you well, Amanda!
