Instead of melatonin try magnesium! The calm brand it is a life changer it makes you relaxed enough to get a good rest sleep . I had severe insomnia after I gave birth even with 10 mg of melatonin. For 7 months I'm now 11 months postpartum and magnesium is the stuff! Get it from Amazon it's cheaper. But central market has it Im sure other places do as well.

I’ve been going to F45 for 2 years and love it! There’s hardly any cardio classes so it’s mostly weights or a hybrid workout of some cardio or weights. Try a week trial and see if you like it.

I really enjoy your vlogs Amanda and would like to share some advice: It would be amazing if you considered using more environmentally friendly alternatives, for example, when you guys get coffee or eat out. It is such a simple thing to do but makes such a huge difference on the planet. And considering how much coffee you get, it is so much plastic that you spend your money on. I hope this encourages you, or anyone reading this, to look into less polluting options!
