Just a heads up that a lot of the time, candle jars and other similar containers are not food safe (even after washing them well) so just make sure that candle jar is suitable to use as a drinking glass before you do that! 🫶

Hi Cait!💙 Just wanted to tell you that your voice is so soothing to hear. I love listening to your podcast before I head to work or when I get home. It’s like a breath of fresh air. Also, I love how you share with us the reality of your life and definitely makes me feel like I’m not alone in a lot of things in my own life. The end of pregnancy is so rough. It’s tough physically but also emotionally, thanks for being real and bringing awareness to the fact that it’s not always rainbows and butterflies. I think many women don’t want to complain since being pregnant and being able to have a baby at all is clearly a huge blessing not everyone has the privilege of, however it’s a reality and those feelings are valid nonetheless. Despite your feeling down, you look amazing, pregnancy suits you, you’re glowing. Always take time for yourself and for self care, especially after baby. I think many times us moms forget that we need to take care of ourselves in order to be the best mom we can be. I laughed out loud when you said m’fer by the way 😂

3rd trimester is the hardest. The pregnancy exhaustion is 100% worse than newborn tired! Plus on top of pregnancy insomnia it’s just a lot. I just had my second and it does get easier I promise!

I use pine pellets for my cats litter. at tractor supply it’s $7 for 40lbs and smells like pine. you do need to get a different scooper though and may need to gradually switch over if your cat is picky.

Give your cat a baby blanket or that smells on your baby. Cats can be jealous but i think your cat is so lovely, it will be fine. And your cat hear the little heartbeat and in the last months pets can this feel.
