VLOG: post-nvci, failed emergency room visit, effects of long covid, coping 

Im so sorry! The fatigue is really affecting me but I try to get a good nights rest and lots of water, cold showers etc

It is what I think it is. My doctor said it could possibly be it or my iron... there also isn't treatment for long covid either so no one really knows

@@CourtneyNoble ​ oh that is interesting. I too have felt very fatigued at home since i got Covid back in February. It hasn't effected me at work though. I wasn't really much a believer in the whole covid thing too. I was curious whether you can actually be diagnosed with long covid or as you say, it is something you think you might have. Did you do an iron test, i did one last month and it was ok but regardless of the results, i started iron a few days last week then stopped but started again this week and will see if it helps. I hope you find a resolution to your fatigue, That is scary if they are telling you that there is no treatment, So whats a person supposed to do.

@Mntside exactly right?? I really don't know what's up and it is a little scary not knowing! I just did some bloodwork recently so hopefully I'll know soon! Thank you for your concern! :) hopefully there will be treatment soon...

@@CourtneyNoble Yeah, let's hope there is a solution soon if that is what we may have. Hopefully you feel better soon and perhaps you will update this board at your leisure.
