This used to happen to me until I got a job working with ppl. Being out of the house and a functioning member of society gave me purpose and forced me to face my fears. When you feel those emotions your supposed to really take it in and just absorb them not fight it and think whats the worst that can happen? God bless xo

Hey Maggie, could you possibly open up about what you did to help you get to where you are now? Ive been diagnosed with anxiety and I am currently going through the exact same things as you did and I don’t know how to get out of it. South End is where I live, and it's the most amazing area in Boston by far. Prior to this, I was at the Pru for 10 years, Beacon before that briefly, and South End before that (on Rutland Sq). I am in the same area of the South End now again, and it's a much more cozy feeling here than in BB, if you ask me. Sadly, we are selling the brownstone soon. :( You'll love the experience of living in this neighborhood...especially bc you are here often. As an investment at the least. Plus Gigi's is the best. ;) Best of luck!

You should really look into hypnotherapy!!! A lot of things could be triggering you on a subconscious level. The “random” panic attacks could be happening because something deep down is feeling triggered. It can either be something from your childhood or even a past life experience that is affecting you in this life. If you are more comfortable doing a session at home, there are tons of hypnosis RU-vid videos! Keep shining Maggie ✨🤍
