april was kind of rough so here is a little documentation of me fighting mercury retrograde and getting out of a slump.

Hi nuria, maybe you should try melatonin supplements? It's helped a lot of people that I know and I've tried it too. Also, at night when you can't sleep try to listen to relaxing bedtime music instead of podcasts. Unsolicited advice coming from a place of care 😊💕 hope it gets better for you! Cheering you on, Nunu!💓
