I keep saying Nigerian properties are over priced. Not knocking as that’s what’s sold to people, green space is a must. Also look at the valuation of not just the house but amenities/ infrastructure around Like Schools Police station Shops malls Crime rate Easy roads and networks Airport Hospitals Fitness Electricity grid Water grid Etc. if any of these is found wanting them am sorry count me out.
