You can save the ginger and turmeric pulp to make hot tea with honey every morning , jus put it in a glass container with the lid on and refrigerated it to keep it cool , 😉

Love celery juice I made allot for few days. And i used to make my turmeric juice the same as yours Annie but I put cayenne pepper and black pepper too. I miss making those have to make again. I would make big batch like half a gallon just mix it with water.
