Diaries. Yes! Love it. And the Japanese make the best. You can buy leather covers for most of them that wear beautifully and just insert each new year in. If you can’t get via supplier, Etsy have many crafters who handmade to standard Hibonichi and Midori sizes in various letters with embossing options also. 👌

I’ve been using Hobonichi and muji planners for 7yrs. If you’re concerned with the bulky nature of the planner, Hobonichi has a version called ‘Cousin’ which splits the full yr into 6 month intervals. Same structure on the inside, just half the size

I cannot live without my diary. It’s my essential life tool. I tried the Hobonichi a few years ago but I didn’t get on with it. So I just use the Muji page a day diary in addition to a Travellers Notebook. Can’t wait for the big reveal... 😊Have a great week!

Loving all the directional alludes to a new jewellery mood/aesthetic and enjoying seeing you on your journey as you experiment with new proportions and sensibilities. Love your new lamp, and mid century modern, especially pre loved generally. We've been lucky to source a few pieces, our dining table is an out of production walnut table, and definately not one you see everywhere (living in Denmark, classic mid century is literally everywhere). Looking forward to your news.

I was waiting to comment on how lovely the lampshade is and how the stool really was the final touch, the shape of the base is really lovely with its slight wave but then the hat! that hat is both beautiful and cute!! i loved the detail at the back. I went and did your Norwich recommendations the other week and I have to say Norwich is so pretty! sadly the danish coffee shop was closed that day but that's ok as i lost hours in Looses emporium lol

Watching your vlog on a cold rainy Monday morning is the best start to my week 🙂 funny I had similar 'issues' with bullet journaling... I loved having everything in one place but I couldn't be bothered writing dates and things by myself... I had the small Hobonichi last year and loved it (for to myself unknown reasons really went back to a bullet journal again this year...) and going to run parallel next year like you with the Cousin to see which I like better in the end... we are planning some interior updates to our home in the next year so looking very much forward to interior content and inspiration

I have some black wooden furniture and my only word of warning is it shows dust so quickly. I’m forever wiping it down.

Paper diary all the way! If it isn't written down with ink or pencil is it actually an appointment? My brain doesn't thing so😄. If I want to retain anything I have to physically write it down, typing it in an electronic diary does not do the trick.
