Heyy, I'm loving these work vlogs🥰 i just got dont with my Phlebotomist program in July and started training in the hospital about a month ago but some ppl say for new phlebotomist straight out of school its best to go to a plasma center ot blood donation center cause ya gone constantly be sticking and get more training. Any suggestions you think new phlebotomist should work at syart out of school?

Why assemble the 21G needle to the hub and putting it in that container? And here in AZ you do not have to be certified either, which to me is mind blowing 🤨. Imo it takes away from all those who took the extra step to challenge the boards to obtain the actual license. I think ALL states should make it mandated that any and all Phlebotomist have an actual license
