It's finally time for the first day of Spring Training workouts. We get our first look at the Dodgers locker room as Trevor unboxes some new gloves from Nike. I’ve always wondered about spring training and I can watch pro practice/talk about practice/stretch all day! Thank for answering question. 1.) When do the teams go over signs ? How often? 2.) Do players (maybe some of the minor leaguers) sleep at the complex ? 3.) Do minor leaguers interact with big leaguers ? 4.) Does the team limit any additional work you want to put in? Say, a bullpen you want to throw in your own? Hitting ? 5.) Do onboard players ask you as new player about how you had them scouted ? Do you talk about former teams and how they do stuff ? Let’s say you are playing the Reds, would you tell the Dodgers about Maybe an unknown Votto weakness at the plate ?

Thank you so much for all the information you put out on your channel. I am a 59 year old former college pitcher, who has been doing endurance sports (triathlon) for the last several years. Watching these vlogs has gotten me back into adult baseball, which I did for a few years in my early 30’s. I’m throwing again, hitting, and looking forward to a new season. Keep these coming! I love them!

Longtime Dodgers Fan here; welcome to the club! Believe it or not, we don't often get a peek behind the curtain at the facilities in AZ and/or LA so a little tour of the player's areas would be fun! On a related front, pointing out any different regimes that make LA different from other teams would be great (practice/ conditioning, mental approach, nutrition, travel logistics, etc). Happy for you and your new adventure with the Dodgers Trevor ! How do you approach a change in routine when yours is already working so well (ie conditioning before throwing). I’m all for an open mind and always evolving but you know yourself best, the teams programs aren’t always adapted to individuals Thanks and keep up the good work with Momentum, wish y’all had more subs and coverage..

Love watching your behind the scenes and the information you give. Question for you?? You have your own throwing, lifting routines/programs. When you are with a team, do they have their own programs that they want you to follow or in your contracts do you or are you able to let them know that you have your own and they are open to letting you do your own routine. How about during off season, do they set up a program for you for the same situation or is the offseason all on your own?

Bauer has the best delivery as a pitcher. Try it. I use a # of different wind up deliveries and his is by far the best. Keep those hands low during the wind up. Not sure why it works, but it does.

Remember when you placed for Cleveland and you guys had a game at Boston. I was there with my whole baseball team and I got and autographed ball by the whole team including you. And my friend Kyle said to you “are you ready to hit some dingers” and you said “actually I’m a pitcher”. That was the best and funniest day of my life.

Hey Trevor, during spring training do the players drive themselves to the games or is there a team bus? On split squad games do you decide where to play or does the team? And finally after your outing last Monday you finished after two innings. Do you get to go home right after or do you stick around in the clubhouse?
