Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
-3 pounds elbow pasta
-12 Tablespoons butter
-12 Tablespoons flour
-15 Cups milk
-5 Cups shredded cheddar
-Salt
Directions:
1. Cook your pasta according to the box
2. Melt butter in a large pot
3. Whisk in flour and stir for 2-3 minutes until it thickens
4. Pour in milk and continue stirring until it comes almost to a boil
5. Add 1 Tablespoon of salt
6. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and combined
7. Stir in cooked elbow pasta
8. Pour into pans and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly
Scalloped Potatoes

Ambrosia Salad
Ingredients:
-3/4 Cup Acine De Pepe pasta
-1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
-1 15 oz can mandarin oranges
-2 eggs
-3 Tablespoons Flour
-1/2 Cup Sugar
-8 oz Cool Whip
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions on box and drain
2. Drain juices from fruits into a pan
3. Cut oranges smaller and set oranges and pineapple in the fridge overnight
4. To the drained juices add your sugar, eggs and flour using a whisk
5. Cook over medium high heat to a pudding-like consistency, stirring frequently
6. Stir mixture into cooled Acine De Pepe in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight
7. The next day: Stir fruit and cool whip into your pasta mixture
