MY WEIGHT LOSS CHECKLIST
(Disclaimer this is just what has been working for me, not saying this is the exact formula you should follow, just some tips!)
DIET CHANGES
1. Cut out dairy, bread, sodium and sugar
2. Meal plan: 3 meals a day & 1 snack. Each meal 1 serving carb, 1 serving protein, 1 serving healthy fat
3. 4 cups of veggies a day
4. Not eating 3 hours before bed
5. Drinking lots of water
6. Drinking tea before bed
7. Replacing cravings for healthier alternatives
8. Drinking a full glass of water when cravings come up

WORKOUTS
1. FIND A WORKOUT YOU LOVE
2. 4-6 times a week for 60-90 minutes
3. 3 days cardio (Peloton) with light weight training, 2-3 days in the gym weight training
4. 10,000 steps a day (or as close as possible)
5. Apple Watch to keep track of workouts, steps, and calories burned
6. PILATES channel where I get a lot of workouts: / @movewithnicole

STEPH YOU DONT NEED THE PELO+ they sell the bracket attachment on Amazon that turns your peloton screen into one of the peloton plus ones that turns! And it's literally only like 20 or 30 bucks. Youre doing great and thank you for sharing your health journey with us!

Stephanie- well done Girl! 👏🏼 The best thing you could have done is listen to your gut, literally and make lifestyle changes as I like to call it. I never say diet or calorie deficit. Those are negative words. All of the changes in your foods, workouts, water intake, your discipline and your focus made a difference. I remember hearing you say in many videos how tired you are and it showed your energy level at a dangerous low. I'm a big believer of walking using my Fitbit. My daily goal is 10k steps and I'm happy when I surpass it. I receive a weekly report of my activity and accomplishments which is motivating. This video has given me additional motivation as I maintain my 70lb weight loss 2 years and counting. As you get older your body changes. The key to boost your metabolism. Keeping a healthy lifestyle, working with a holistic doctor has been key for me. Great job to you and Anto👍🏼🎄💪🏼🏃‍♀️

I'm glad you did this video. I've noticed its hard to find any content on starting over with weight loss. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months 2 years ago and gained it all back since and starting over now. I appreciate you sharing your mentality around this process and details around what you ate.

Loved this video, honestly crazy how many things I could relate to! I currently have covid and asthma, I know how awful it can be!! I was in a really good routine with my exercise and loving using my peloton often. I’ve been so poorly that that’s gone completely out of the window for now! It’s good to know you’ve managed to get back on track and your breathing sounds like it’s improving all the time. You’ve done so well 👏🏼 you should be really proud of your strength and determination 👊🏼

I don't wish that gall bladder pain on anyone. I agree with you about not removing your gall bladder. The doctors told me to remove mine. I did research, about flushing, diet, basically a healthy lifestyle and I haven't had pain in the last two years.

When I lost 35 pounds I learned to use a scale. So happy to be keeping right at 125. I power walk 2-5 miles a day. Avocado n hummus breakfast vegan smoothie greens lunch. Veggies tofu hummus dinner. I also feel gross and just really sick when I don't keep myself in check. In a way I'm grateful to have gall stones,lol because I would have never have changed my lifestyle and reel myself back in when I feel I'm going overboard
