Basic Fantasy Fudge Recipe
1 & 1/2 stick of butter
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup of evaporated milk
2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 7oz marshmallow fluff
1 cup nuts (optional)
mix 1st 3 ingredients and boil until the candy thermometer reads 234°. remove from heat, add remaining ingredients, and pour into foil lined pan.

Please be careful about Netflix for children’s programming. My daughter watches with her little ones and was horrified at what happened on one of their favorite shows on Netflix, that they had been watching for many episodes. A cartoon meant for children!Disney has started doing the same.

I made homemade chicken soup in the crockpot, Andy's got a cough and thought it might help with healing. The fudge reminded me of what my Mom used to make for our family. Her recipes were similar from her Mom from Oklahoma....Miss those treats she used to make along with her homemade applesauce cakes in aluminum foil tins.....Blessings on your day! Fudge looks delicious. I’ve made similar ones for many years, only difference is mine uses whole marshmallows or minis. We called it a table knife.I usually make one batch at Christmas and keep it in the freezer, that way I only eat a piece once in awhile so it last nearly it the next year. Dinner looked fabulous. I miss the house in PA I lived in for 30 plus years. It had a cinder block knee height wall in front of the kitchen door. It was fantastic to put the baked goods, hot frying pans etc in fall, winter and early spring

A butter knife is shorter and used on the butter dish. However, a butter knife is what we always called it when I was growing up.

Ive never owned or used a candy thermometer. I know that sounds weird, but my family taught me how to do the soft ball stage in a little cold water in a cup. It works! I make fudge and pralines both using that method. Or, I use to… havent cooked that stuff in over 10 years now. With it being just me, I’ll eat it if I cook it, so I don’t. But yeah, that soft ball stage thing works!

I never learned to make divinity, pies, pralines etc because if I cook it I will eat it also. My Mom made divinity using the ball stage also. We do fudge the easy way. 18 ozs semi chocolate chips, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1.5 teaspoons vanilla, a dash of salt and nuts are optional. We melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. It is delicious.

I love it when Judah is a part of your ending; he's such a card. Can't wait to see the rest of your Christmas treats this week. We spent Sunday with both of our sons, after church, making Christmas treats and Tuesday we had to go back to the one son's place to finish making the treats that didn't get finished on Sunday. Hello ya all! What a great video! I enjoyed every minute of it. Yes, you sure have to watch the content in children’s shows anymore. Even when my children were little I had to view them first. That was about 18-20 years ago. I was appalled at the language in some of them. I have watched some of the Hallmark Christmas shows this year which. Have been quite disappointing. They aren’t near as good as they have been in previous years. Hollywood doesn’t know how to make good television anymore. So I have been watching the old Ozzie and Harriett shows on Prime. Those old shows are so good. I also enjoy watching the Waltons and Murder She Wrote on Prime too. Well I won’t keep you. I know you have so much to do just as I do. I’m getting ready to host our Ladies Sunday School Class Christmas party here at my house Saturday afternoon. So it has been crazy busy. I’m making three different soups and having salad too. I may make some Keto cookies tomorrow. I look forward to watching your church service Sunday evening when I get a few minutes. Our youngest daughter, Rachel is coming home Sunday evening with her 50 pound Corgi. She is leaving for a two day trip to Chicago Monday morning and will be back Tuesday night. We are dog sitting for her. His name is Cheddar and he won’t be happy while she is away. He is a one person dog until he wants you to share your food with him. But we love him! See you next time.

Maple cotton candy, 2 cups sugar and 1 cup maple sugar. Also good using vanilla sugar with the maple. Does your canned chicken get dry? Just wondering if there's a secret to keeping it from being so "chalky". I've tried both raw pack and browning, but same results. Family doesn't care for dark meat canned.
