This is so true. I wrote in my diary regularly in the past two years and it helped me a lot going through some heavy stuff. This year is just not my year. I feel overwhelmed nearly every day, I am exhausted and so much is happening that I completeley stopped writing in my diary because I do not even know where to begin. But actually, I really would need to write my thoughts down and you gave me the kick in the a… I needed so I will start today. Thank you! Also…..my boyfriend is the same as Jürgen. 90% of the task is fine for him. Oftentimes it drives me crazy but he definetley has the more peaceful life. 😂 Perfectionism is a burden!!!
Danke für dieses Video, das Anschauen war für mich wirklich Balsam für die Seele! Durch dich habe ich vor ungefähr 4 Monaten auch zum Journalen gefunden und ich muss sagen, dass es mir wirklich extrem hilft meine Gedanken zu strukturieren und ich dadurch schon zu Problemlösungen/Entscheidungen/Ideen gefunden habe, auf die ich sonst nie gekommen wäre. Es hat mein Leben echt extrem positiv beeinflusst und ich kann jedem empfehlen es mal auszuprobieren. Ich hatte dahingehend früher wirklich auch Vorurteile, weil ich dachte, dass man da einfach die Ereignisse des Tages mal grob zusammenfasst und gut ist. Und das tut man ja auch irgendwie, nur geht es halt einfach noch viel tiefer! Also danke für die Inspiration 🙌🏼 Ansonsten habe ich für mich festgestellt, dass ich nach einem Eintrag gern nochmal mit einem Marker drübergehe und die Hauptpunkte highlighte. Das hilft mir dabei das nochmal für mich festzuhalten, was ich mitnehmen möchte. Also jeder muss da einfach seine eigenen Wege finden, wie du sagst 😊

@@xeniaadonts oh gosh... 6 at least on the go!! A weekly/monthly agenda, manifesting / clarity journal, tiny one like Jugen's for grocery lists and todo's, client notes book, blank drawing pad to doodle big ideas and mastermind on, etc! I loveeeeee journals and colorful pens too of course. hahaha✍
I had really strong period cramps and watching you clean and sit and journal was so soothing and calming. And I loved Jürgen's journal. It's like a little book of great memories and insights!
