How do u guys burn ur charcoals and how long does it take to burn 38 tons. And how many guys do u use

Thank you for this amazing follow-up questions. Well, we use kiln’s for burning- but we’re looking into the earth method now (amazing amazing initiative-if your into the charcoal business look into it) uhm and we usually load every month (very rarely twice a month, happens sometimes if there is no limitations of delays) but with the rainy season approaching it’ll definitely be a challenge again. Additionally I have 7 guys working fulltime on the charcoal.
