Vmax Vectra GTS 2.2 DTi 

Hello, the 2.2 DTi is a very good engine, today I have more than 223000km and no problem ! My remap is done since 157000km.

No more vibrations, no race with 1.9 cdti but I can give you some values : - 0-100kmh : 9sec (10,6sec stock) - 80-120kmh in 4th gear : 6,5 sec (8,9sec stock) - fuel consumption gain : 0,5L/100km

For me I have 168hp and 347Nm with stock turbo, this engine supports easily 180hp, but the clutch doesn't support this powerful! I've put a Sachs clutch and since this I hadn't problem. If you want more than 180hp I think you have to modify exchanger turbo, flywheel, injectors, turbo...

Do you have more vibrations with sasch ? Did you race with 1.9 cdti 150hp?

Here in Kosovo (ALbania) we have only GM 10-40 :( or GM 5-30. Is it ok ? And thank you a lot for all these infos ! A really apperciate

My turbo is stock, I always warm the engine before play with it and I wait before cutting, I do oil changes every 15000km with oil Total Activa 9000 5w40 in summer and 5w30 in winter. Use another turbo means do another remap, I live in Bordeaux and I am at 1400km from Marl so...

How many HP with remap? I find tuner who can make 160hp with stock turbo. And 190hp with hybrid turbo. Do you think this engine will handle 190hp ? They say its even stronger than 1.9 cdti engine. Thank you sir

Wow ! Great values. Im afraid of stock turbo in 2.2 DTI because it can be broken! You never had problems with it ? Some people use turbo from 1.9 cdti. its bigger

The two are ok but if you usually use 10w40 you have to stay with this oil and no return to 5w30, it isn't good for the engine.
