Girl u HAVE to react to Mariah more often, here are a few recommendations of her BEST live performances oat (with acceptable quality in the least because her TRUE best are 9/10 times bad quality sadly) -Vanishing live 1993 -If It’s Over live at Grammys 1992 -Make it Happen live at MSG 1995 -Vision of love live at Tokyo Dome 1996 -Surprise performance 2013 -Forever live at Tokyo Dome 1996 -Emotions live at NYC 1993 (poor video and audio quality but amazingggg vocals, some of her best) -Emotions live at Des O Connor 1992/Soul Train 1992 (either one will work they’re both INCREDIBLE) -Vision of love live at Manila OR LA 2003 (these both have comparable quality to the performance u reacted to in this video however if u don’t mind the quality being a little worse then u should do live at Zurich 2003 since it’s her best performance that year) (u should DEF watch some of these Vision of love 2003 performances on ur own time at LEAST if u don’t wanna make reactions to them because they’re GEMSSSS, she changes it up a lot and they’re arguably even better than her 90s performances of the song because although she doesn’t do lots of the high notes and the key is lower she does MORE whistles, bigger more resonant belts, and she’s just so extra with it and it’s AMAZING)

I’m glad you enjoyed the reaction. Re the video, I just happened upon this version and thought it would be fun. I’m probably not as well versed on all the different and better quality versions to look out for as you are but I’ve had some great suggestions to watch in my comments. Another reason would be sometimes my Mariah videos are blocked - I had to edit down my last Mariah reaction massively which isn’t enjoyable for anyone. Anyway I’ll keep trying my best and look forward to more Mariah soon.

I have a theory, that if you write a song around all your strong points, and any particular unique qualities, you can help make stick to you in particular. I would not only write that whistle tone for her but where it sounds ideal. And if you're the originator of song, and it's a hit, you don't necessarily have to be in the top tier of all singers. And no one will ever make it sound like you. Unless maybe you have a clone made. Most musical instruments also have sweet spots, besides their effective range depending on how much variation is available in the design. Should be true of humans?
@@strangerthings88 I just assume people have different goals, even when they write their own songs. Someone could be working on a song that fits someone they admire, but not their own abilities and strengths.
@@rexwine true, but Mariah’s just a prodigy in every way and she really does tailor her voice around each note. If you know her catalog she can do any style of music and has and it makes it completely her own.
I feel angry when some creators react to Indian content and then just drop off. I may be wrong. But when there is a potential in content, then why drop it.
