I've listened to this song so many times but I just realised that Shuja Haider, the original singer of the song is playing the piano! He's also very talented and has performed on Coke Studio a few times.

Asim azhar is called parchi artist, a singer who got in business coz of nepotism. His mom is a popular actress. But he worked his butt for this session on coke studio. Still has a long way to go though coz he is still growing and his voice is changing as he practices more.

You should listen to coke studio season 2 and 3 best of all of coke studio. You would be surprised by Ali zafar's 'yaar dadi' where he is very different from his 'rockstar' song. And also atif aslam 'jal pari'. All the songs of those two seasons are worth listening
