Sia's nasality come from the past, she was for almost 15 years an indie - folk, blues, jazzy stuff singer, I suggest you a reaction to old Sia, before wigs and pop fame - you'll discover the same amazing artist and yet so different in many ways. She reinvented herself so many times, she approached so many genres and it's a shame that most of the people know only her recent work. I suggest you this performance: Soon We'll Be Found - live at David Letterman. It's the most popular of her old performaances and it's her favourite, she loved Letterman so much. Another live perfomance I suggest is from 2001 (!) - Sia 20 years ago singing live a song named Little Man. This song has a beautiful story, it was among Amy's Winhouse favourite songs and when these two met (Amy was already famous), Amy played it for Sia with her guitar and Sia was so touched and proposed her a collab. Amy said "Oh, man, no way... I am too intimidated by you, I've been listening to you since I was a teen" I bet she would've changed her mind... :( Anyways, sorry for my long comment, Thank you again and I really hope you'll react more to her, she is spectacular!

I hated Christmas songs and only knew of the name Sia, but something made me click on her song Snowman 2 weeks ago and I've been on a Sia binge ever since!!! i love her vocal soooo muc. i have no understanding about singing but my ears hear everything you talk about. i just came here to see someone also amazed about her. Btw i fucking loved every time you demonstrated all the cry's and everything. Now I know that all my mouth movements are correct and i know the mouth shapes but i dont have the voice pretty low. i just have no stance and i dont know the breathing. i just wanna sing but im too self-conscious.

Please please react to Geoff Castellucci, the bass singer for acapella group Voiceplay. He has done some amazing covers on his own channel. The 2 that really show off his incredible range and low notes are "High and dry" and "Blackbird", also real good is "Country roads take me home". But if you want more of a deep rich bass, please do listen to "Sixteen tons" which is absolutely incredible and all sung in chestvoice, no growls or subharmonics.
