I remember waaay back in the earlier days when she just started, people were dragging Ariana because they said she was basically trying to copy Mariah Carey & that she couldn't enunciate her words when she sings... She really worked to prove them all wrong, she's insanely good, a true queen with a killer voice😍

Obviously in the movie “Don’t Look Up”, he was a couple with Ariana playing as Riley and Kid Cudi as DJ Chello. He was in the performance cuz it was part of the satire in the movie lol.The song is about the movie, cuz a planet-killing comet is going towards Earth but people don’t believe it until it’s too late.

It’s amazing how she makes those difficult to sing notes and high notes sound so effortless and airy, she sounds almost like she’s singing nasaly (like using her nose a lot) but idk I could be wrong, but however she does it it’s amazing 🤩

You took the words right out of my mouth. Her volume control and lighter dynamics she puts into her is always getting mistaken by weak or thin😂. But I do think she sounded unusually tense from her at the end (On the G and soforth) . I guess you didn't catch it but the pitch on that part was a little iffy. Brilliant performance regardless
