This is my personal favourite song produced by Jungkook. Everything was just perfect; music, vocals and the meaning behind this song. It's just beautiful. This song was released as a prelude prior to their 7th year anniversary celebration since Bangtan debuted. "Still With You" is a personal and intimate song, especially when this was during global lockdown due to the pandemic; the isolation from other people, their tour being cancelled, inability to physically see ARMYs when they were promoting their previous album at music shows. I'm glad you loves this song. Hope you'll react to the live version of Your Eyes Tell. A song for a Japanese adaptation of a hit Korean movie. The story is of a women who lost her eyesight due to an incident, mistakenly taking a guy for someone else. Hitting it off, the guy began to get attached to the girl despite his dark past which comes back to haunt him.
“Ill draw your purple smile” I think is an interesting choice of words. Jk is very artistic. He draws a lot. And I dont know if you know this but BTS coined the term “I PURPLE YOU”. V says he loves purple because it’s the last color in the rainbow. The term mean I love you between BTS and army. Jk is not only a great singer but is all so a pretty awesome song writer.
I really cried at the first time listen to this song. This was Jungkook's self-made song and it was a surprise present for his fan during BTS Festa. I didn't know the lyrics at first but I cried anyway only affected by his heavenly voice.

I like this song so much because I actually started to listen to bts for their jazzy side... it’s shocking the amount of people that listen to all kinds of genres and also listen to bts or Kpop in general, for me I don’t even like pop that much but something about their voices it’s just so satisfying!

i just love jungkook so much, he's amazing at singing, dancing, he can a good producer and he can even rap (not as good as the actually rappers in bts but he's still good at rapping), and his smile is so adorable, i love his personality, i just love everything about him.

This song made me fall in love with his vocals and attracted me towards BTS. Eveyone I know who heard the song said literally the same thing. "Not a fan of BTS but this song is going on my playlist". such a shame it's not on Spotify though. People assume that this type of song would only be appreciated by fans, because the mass audience goes for pop. But I think people who actually have a good ear for music would not fail to appreciate this song's beauty which is a good thing. BTS deserves to be appreciated for their versatile sound and touching lyrics.

5:33 i'm sorry if i misunderstood what you meant but bts' music has been complex. they have plenty of songs like this one. i would describe their melodies and lyrics as many things but never basic and repetitive or bubblegum. maybe you were talking about the mainstream music industry and not bts specifically so again i apologize if i misunderstood but otherwise i've been watching your bts reactions for a while and over again i've got the impression that you think their music isn't as deep and exceptional as it actually is. i know you're a vocal coach so there's absolutely no need to dive deep into their artistry, like the way they incorporate literature and psychology concepts into their craft or the way they've pretty much put out a song for every single music genre, but even if it's not your field of interest we as a fandom would appreciate it if you believed us when we tell you we know enough about them to confirm this group is an actual cultural movement and not the passing pop trend for teenage girls most people assume they are from the get go

As a result, your teaching allows me to enjoy songs better. Jk is a romantic. Period. And this song further seals my belief in that. The song, the vibe, the style ... reminds me of 1970s Japanese anime music and maybe just a tiny bit of bossa nova. But perhaps like you said Adam, probably closer to Swing, I suppose, with the choice of instruments. It invokes a certain dramatic feeling and absolute OST-esque. It is nostalgic, somber, and soulful. The imagery and sound of rain, the heartbreaking theme of regret, uncertain future and endless waiting - All of these elements collectively make SWU so meanigful and impactful. And JK, of course, deliver it masterfully.
