they are baekhyun and chen (jongdae), mainvocalists in the boygroup exo! so yes they are still together, just with 7 other members :) iirc they dont have another performance of just the two of them, but there is a really nice video of all of them performing an acoustic medley of their songs during one of their concerts, EXO Acoustic Medley at Exordium and I suggest that video! it's fun and lighthearted, especially compared to this The song is about a lover that has left them unexpectedly, I believe there is an official video of the performance with the translation as well thank you for reacting to this video!
Jongdae's voice is absolutely beautiful, and it's only gotten better over the years. Baekhyun’s voice is absolutely beautiful as well. To this day, this is still my favorite EXO ballad to listen to, along with Jongdae and Jonghyun's "A Day Without You". If you could also react to that one, I would be so happy. 😊

i fell in love with this song, the first time i heard it and kept putting it up..... these guys just slay it...... the blonde is Baeckhyun, singing with member Chen, both of EXO...... here is the song.........I REALLY DIDN'T KNOW was originally sung by Kim Sanghee 1967, a man with a scruffy beard and guitar, but the song went mostly unnoticed. It became a hit when revivsed by Im Heesook 1969.... she is one of the judges with a large green/blue ring...... Here is the history..... during Japan's occupation of Korea (from the 20's-40's), there were few phones, and a strict curfue.... so in order for lovers to call each other out.... they used whistles (that will be the really hi, long notes that Baeckhyun sings)....at one point in the song, he ask, " is that a whistle?" ...... and the lover was deserted, and he 'didn't really know' she would do that..... so emotional...... their version really brings the song to life...... EXO is a group out of Korea, so excellent in all they do..... the members each have special skills, and together they are unstopable. This was on a show called IMMORTAL SONG, and new artist are invited to do classic songs, with their own flavor....... you can find the lyrics at........ Thank you for your much wanted history behind this song. I'd only heard the last part displaying their crescendo. Never heard the soft, slow beginning that led to Chen and Baekhyun's powerful voices. And, let me tell you, even not knowing the language, the ending duo completely wrenched my heart to tears! Have been fortunate, to have discovered amazing EXO, about a year ago, when watching 100 Days My Prince, meeting up w/EXO'S D.O. and thoroughly loving CHEN'S "CHERRY BLOSSOM SONG". Researched these two talented young men and took in of ALL the others, who I've taken into my heart as sons of other mothers. Thoroughly talented in many fields. Each having beautiful vocals in different genres and languages. Also, supremely thrilled of their comeback. Am looking for any recording of YOO YOUGJIN, D.O's vocal coach, who, I recently heard, left SM Entertainment, after 28 years. D.O. started it with me, then after listening to Chen and Baekhyun..but, came across The Ultimate Guide to EXO members, became aware that EXO has some amazing powerfully talented young men. please react to onew singing rainy blue and nessun dorma. i should probably add that his rainy blue performance was after he recovered for vocal cord polyp surgery and it was very emotional for him because he was so afraid he was going to lose his singing voice. the song he sang was by an artist that had the same issue.

While I'm not too certain of the lyrics meaning since each person can have their own interpretation, a good base is this song is a cover of a legendary female senior singer in the Korean music industry, she is the one reacting at 4:03. The song title " Really I didn't know" is the feeling of a woman who is heartbroken by the fact that she had no idea that the man she loved would leave her. it has also been stated that the lyrics " I hear a whistle in the wind " is may actually be a reference to a man going off to war, so this could also be a song of departure/morning. I've also heard rather than using the Korean word for "he" that is in the original song, they used a neutral term for their cover, so if you search the video up with subtitles that is why you may find the usage of "he" as the translation based on the original song.
It is not the person going to war, the song literally in Korean says the person I love and trust deserted me, or left me, Koreans don't use he or she in a sentence they use person instead of nouns... It says now I am crying here, what is that sound of whistling I hear, which could mean the sound of steps of someone coming back, because even though the person knows that the person that loves her or him left them they are still waiting for her to come back, then it says my heart is waiting in vain, I really didn't know... which if you think about it means that this person will keep waiting because she trusts too much and will keep waiting, which makes the song a song of desperation and loneliness because she or he will be waiting for someone who might never come back... If you want to get the lyrics read them in Korean which is better than in English it makes it easier to understand what it says.
