I don‘t believe that ;) you know Faouzia and I have similar voice types. If I tried to sing some super high Mariah Carey it would sound completely different. We all have our strengths (proms voce/sweet spot) and weaknesses. A huge part of Faouzias style of vocals is what Arabic singers do (Fairuz for example) which I love. She's definitely incorporating her (and my own!) culture into what she creates.
