To be able to pull off what they do ---- NOT just covers, no --- but they "Own" them, make them their own............. and do it so so damn good!!! Thanks for this, Frank. I'm a big fan of HF. Just when I think I've heard or seen every performance, a beautiful gem like this comes along. Our reactions were pretty much the same. JUST WOW! Rob knocked it right out of the park. I'll have to watch this a dozen times.
"Who really are these guys?" Yeah, that's the question. They can sing just about anything and make it amazing (including opera, in case you haven't seen that yet). I admit that the first time I saw this, my brain had a little trouble processing Rob (the fella doing the lead). A totally different voice than I'd heard from him before. But perfect for the song. Yup. Constantly amazing.

Hey Coach. Always love your reactions, especially when you listen to Home Free. Everytime they come out with a new song i am amazed. They have so many vocal weapons to use they are country but they blend the genre. The song that has me recently has been "i can't outrun you" if you could give that a reaction some time i'd appreciate it.
You really should listen to Tim Foust the man with the bass .. he has his own album of tge 50s and 60s .. doo wop .. thus man not only has the Bass but has an extremely high range .. not many singers can achieve this ❤️ .. you almost want these guys to do your cover .. coz they'll do it better than the original

I love these guys and there voices are amazing.....BTW.....Auto-tune has ruined music... I hate listening to groups live now. Most of them suck live and sound terrible.
Don't get me wrong, I like these guys, but a lot isn't a capella. This one isn't. Besides, if a beat boxer slaps their chest or stomps the floor, it isn't a capella. The floor is a percussion instrument, just like a bass drum. I also question the use of multilayered recording. True a capella should be able to be performed live without background tracks.

Before you insult people maybe try to actually pay attention to what someone says. Frank said their voice sounded like it had autotune, not that they used autotune. He goes on only a handful of seconds later talking about how he's met only a handful of people in his life that have voices that sound like they have natural autotune on them. That is what he meant, is that his vocals have that signature to them, changing pitch extremely fast for example, some voices can just do that and it's fairly rare and impressive to hear, even though some people don't like the sound of such voices (crazy people). So congratulations, you just insulted someone for complimenting the singer by saying they are so good that it almost sounds unnatural or like it shouldn't be possible.
