Woo hoo. I don't know how many times I've watched this performance but never get bored. She came to my country many times Vietnam where the sound system really poor at the time remembered back then she was about to sing we fans really worried but she nailed it, when she sang Oh Holy Night she kneeled down on the stage that was beautiful.

We all wonder if So Hyang is human or from another planet. Current odds are that she’s from another planet, with an outside chance she’s actually an angel come down from Heaven. 😇 We have never heard anyone sing like her, or be able to hold an audience in the palm of her hand until she lets them go. Her voice is, as one person described it, like liquid gold. Perfection in clarity and pitch, and she doesn’t fade in the upper octaves, which is startling when you hear her hit those 5th and 6th octave notes with such _POWER_ it actually gives everyone goose bumps-and makes us bald guys’ hair stand on end! As she says, her voice “is from God.” She does all the musical arrangements herself (with the input of her musical assistants), teaches vocal technique at a South Korean university and speaks four languages. Korean, English, French and Vietnamese. Let me catch my breath. OK. She is a cancer survivor from uterine cancer at the age of 20, just after getting married, and states very plainly that God saved her life due to the prayers of her church. But this left her without the ability to have children so she decided to dedicate her life to being a Contemporary Christian Gospel singer and has refused recording contracts from the biggest corporations in the world. She only wants to sing for charities, churches and while doing missionary work, to strengthen those suffering through difficult times. David Foster, Josh Groban, Michael Bolton and others have all travelled to Asia to work with her. She contracted hepatitis B from a blood transfusion during her cancer surgery and it clings to her to this day. Whitney Houston’s former manager saw her on RU-vid and showed her to Oprah Winfrey, who brought her to David Foster’s attention. She has such a long list of as or more insane performances. Good luck. Arirang Alone from Immortals song 2 is a no brainer to do. Lean on Me, Mona Lisa, I have nothing(blue and black dress version), Oh holy night(purple black dress), Where are you, Misty from begin again concert as well as I will always love you from the same. She just has a ton. Also, not sure about anyone else, but it's hard to handle the audio in one ear thing with headphones. The one from the right side was easier but it was also trailing into the left some and didn't have as much room echo. The end with both into both ears was great.

So Hyang is now 43 years old!! When she was 20 21 she had ovarian and uterine cancer!! She survived and is a true disciple of the Lord. SONY has tried to sign her for 15 years, but she only sings for the heart, soul, and comfort of the people. he and Dimash are true "EARTH ANGELS" literally showing up at this time to heal the souls of earth. So Hyang has many excellent songs she sings, but a particular one is "ARIRANG ALONE",. It is a 600-year-old folk song both North and South treat as a second National Anthem!! Dimash and So Hyang have the ability to re-arrange a song they want to sing to their liking. As so with Arirang Alone. The first half is the beautiful folk song it is and So Hyang proves she is a living "EARTH ANGEL" that she is, then the second half off comes off!!!
