Everybody always focuses on Henning's voice (understandable, but still), so it was nice to see someone talk about both voices and the awesome work of both bands. Great reaction.

The guy with the gravelly voice sounds like a brass instrument when he sings certain notes. Its amazing to hear.

The way she describes everything is amazing. Puts the words to feeling.

It makes me happy that the english speaking audience got to meet annemaykantereit through that song. They're music is incredibly "down to the ground". Don't know how to describe it. But their simplicity has a lot of substance to it. Henning definitely has that screaming a people walking buy while busking voice. And more. But I can definitely hear that experience.

How is no one talking about how the percussion along with bass is put together amazing with maracas ?!?? And a trumpet 🤯it’s mind blowing how amazing these bands work together and the transition

Yeah. This has been trending for a while now. We've all listened to it about 30 times now. Never gets old. So glad you found it and shared it again with us. And yes, Annenmeit's voice made all of our jaws drop to the floor when we first heard that Louie Armstrong voice come out of that skinny body. ❤

I love "Can't get you out of my head" by AnnenMayKantereit" as well. That was the first song I heard from them. When Henning's voice popped in my mind just lost it.

You hear Freddy's voice and think "what a great voice", and then.....bang! And your chin just drops. And I love the wee smile Freddy gives while that starts. Have seen this loads of times now,but still stop to play it when it comes up again. Magic combo.

Annenmaykantereit is one of my favorite bands. Henning May's voice is amazing and he has such a wonderful feel for the moment. You should check out some of their original songs. "Barfuß am Klavier," "Pocahontas," and "Tommi" are my picks to start. A different artist (and language) to dive into for fantastic vocals and all around talent, Mon Laferte. She has powerful belts and soft whispers. Her songs have lyrical substance as well. I'd suggest starting off with "Mi buen amor," "antes de ti" (Spanish or japanese versions available), "tu falta de querer," and "cielito de abril"

You should check out the guy with the deep voice (forgot his name 😅) singing “Roxanne” with Milky Chance. It’s Amazing !!!

I just discovered this song and Henning today. Really, no words. Incredible.

When people play together with this level of mastery it feels almost like they are all playing and singing the whole piece at once. To me the most insanely impressive thing is the silent count followed by everyone coming in flawlessly at the end. It really takes mastery to be so locked in to the timing of the piece and the other musicians. I struggle to tap along to things Im listening to, let alone tap along to something I have to track in my head

i didn't expect the second singer to have this kind of tone , his voice doesn't match the way he look , this is the shock factor !

I am totally addicted to this 👍😁 . The arrangement of this is so intelligent and professional, never seen anything like it. Tara's word "Stellar" just nailed it. Two amazing vocalists, Henning's Voice is awesome in contrast the Freddy. Love the second band with the bass, guitar, then keyboard sounds, smooth. Tara's commentary throughout is awesome as well 😁👍👌

You should look at some of their German stuff aswell. They have some really beautiful songs ("barfuß am Klavier" for example. Translation: barefoot at the piano. Or "oft gefragt" meaning often asked) ❤

I am.living in the northern part of Germany, close to the border to the Netherlands. Both polices are corporating very strongly. E.g. there are almost 10000 Dutchs visiting my town on Saturdays before Xmas and than you will see always a Durch and a German police officer pattoling together. On the otjer hand, when the MotoGP in Assen/NL is on the schedule, German and Dutch Bile cops collect all bikers going there on Autobahn parking lots to groups of 100-500 bikers and escoet them to the curciut at quote high speeds. So the bikers get their speed experiences and are still safe on the road. This is going in for like the last 20-25 years.
