What I love about Jin is that he gives his all when he hits those high notes. One of the reasons why he’s called the belting king.

If I remember correctly Jungkook said he is inspired by anime music, which is probably why both this song and Film out have a movie score sound to them. At the time he wrote it, it was supposed to be on his mixtape, but then they decided to use it for a Japanese movie. Im sure he must have written it korean originally and then gotten help with translating it into Japanese.

Your Eyes Tell was written by Jungkook. Originally Jungkook planned it as song for his mixtape, but ultimately it was submitted as OST for a Japanese movie/film of the same title (Your Eyes Tell)

The vocal line has really outdone itself on this song.

Jungkook who participated in writing and melodies for Your Eyes Tell and Film Out, their Japanese songs are so incredible. Him as musician is perfect as main vocalist of BTS 💜

The vocal line slayed in this song. And its difficult to convince anyone that V is a baritone after listening to this one. Jin shines here. Jk wrote a masterpiece. But my fav part of the song is J-Hope's part. It just makes the song for me ! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love this song and it never fails to hit home in my heart The blending of high notes just levitate my soul especially Jin and Jimin. Then the blending of warmer high notes of Tae and Jungkook are like a warm hug. On a funny side note before i make myself emotional, even Jin is dismissive about Super Tuna so you are fine lol

Beautiful, beautiful song! I wonder what Jungkook's frame of mind was as he wrote this song. The melody sounds sad in places, but then, at it builds, it sounds happier. I don't know if this makes sense, but that's what I felt listening to it. 💜

this amazing all members so good but Taehyung V is not only singing but he’s a storyteller, his emotions in his voice really touch you he’s voice really so beautiful, and he speaks Japanese fluently and his singing in Japanese is very amazing, Jin is also good in Japanese💜

was a song that was on Jungkook's mixtape. Big Hit received an offer to do an OST for a Japanese movie, and several candidate songs were created. that Jungkook created was the last song to be nominated. However, it matched the mood of the movie so well that it was decided to be made into an OST. After that, we added a rap part and completed it. This song was Jungkook's song from the planning stage. Jungkook is an emotionally outstanding composer! Please also focus on the harmonies that Jungkook puts in each song. He is an excellent singer.

I absolutely love this beautiful song & how it uses the vocal line's voices - especially the part in the 2nd half where it starts with Tae & goes up through them & their 4 registers- gives me goosebumps every time 🤩. Poor TaeTae wasn't feeling well with bad stomach ache and yet he sang like that! Crazy! 🥲 Fun fact - the film it was adapted for (originally Jk intended it for his 1st mixtape) had a character whose sight was going, hence a lot of refs in the lyrics to colour vs monochrome 🙂Thanks for reaction guys 😊

According to the credits on the album, it was written by Jungkook, with 3 others - Gustav Mared, JUN, and UTA. Gustav and UTA are the producers.

The song was for a Japanese movie. All of them speak Japanese. Japan has the second largest music market so K-pop artists release Japanese versions of their Korean albums. I love it. It’s so high, but I know how they do it. The group’s main producer PDogg tends to write songs that require then to sing higher. Jimin said Pdogg’s instructions are clinch your butt cheeks together and sing higher.

Yes, they all speak Japanese. the rappers always write their own verses.

I don't think any of them are fluent in Japanese (with an exception possibly being RM). When I watch their Japanese DVDs and they're talking to ARMY or prepping, it's very, very basic (like, there are no English subs, but I can understand them with my elementary school level Japanese, so that's saying something bc I swear my Japanese is the worst). That said, Japanese and Korean are very similar languages, so it's easier for them to probably figure out. When I took it in college, two of my classmates were Korean and they were surprised at how quickly they could pick it up. The sentence structure is very similar and some words obviously have the same origin (senpai/sunbae (an older classmate/senior), kaban/gabang (bag), etc). I would liken it to maybe a Spanish and an Italian speaker meeting (not as close as Portuguese to Spanish).

One of the songs where stans posted all over the internet that JK wrote & produced it all by himself while ignoring all co-writers & co-producers. A normal "day" in the fandom. 🤡

I think Jimin and Jin really shine in Japanese songs. Jin obviously can belt and I love the tone he gets in Japanese, and somehow Jimin’s beautiful unique tone takes on an even more unique feel and shimmering tone when he sings in Japanese. It blew me away the first time I heard them sing in Japanese and it’s carried through the other Japanese songs. JK participated in writing the song with another group. The rap line wrote their verses.

When the say it's a JK song I think the refer to the melody, maybe most of the song writing. the lirics are not by him, and the rap parts are written by the rappers. I'm yet to see a Bts song all done by one person.

지민이의 목소리는 아무나 흉내내지 못하죠. 새소리보다 매혹적임. JK 단독 곡은 아닌걸로 압니다.
