unfortunately AGT is much more an entertainment show than a talent show. Sad stories and unusual performances have an important popular appeal. Gabriel was not the winner but he left AGT with great recognition and will have a succesfull career.

I'm eighty one and follow many genres of music (mostly blues, jazz and funk) but am totally blown away by Gabriel's skills when singing.
