I love Evillious, and I have dedicated months of my life to understanding it. I even made a really long presentation explaining it in chronological order. It is basically a series that spans 1000 years where each part focuses on a different story. Basically, huamans created an alternate reality to rid the world of evil and the main part of the series focuses on different characters that have been possessed by or are related to demons that represent the seven deadly sins. Each vocaloid plays several characters throughout the series, so I would recommened not thinking of the vocaloids as themselves but as actors. For example, Miku plays Eve, Platonic, Mikulia, Michaela, and Margarita throughout the course of the series, and it can get confusing if you think of each character as Miku. Sorry for the essay, but I am super passionate about Evillious Chronicles, and they did not explain it in the presentation

Idk what it is about KagePro but everyone I've seen who's gotten into it (myself included) is VERY passionate. Like I've come and gone through many fandoms over the years but Kagerou Project has had me in a vice grip for nearly a decade despite it being quite inactive atm lmao. So yes, on behalf of KagePro fans starved for content, we'd absolutely love a video of someone reacting to it!

It's honestly so great to see how you have progressed from not crediting producers to being loved by them. I'm glad you got this far and took all the feedback I and many others have said.

There’s also a lot of Spanish and Chinese vocaloid songs (and a little Korean) if you’re interested in that. 👀 Vocaloid in general has a huge emphasis on English and Japanese stuff so the other stuff tend to be more obscure.

More on the Evillious Chronicles: While it is very long and expanded upon, currently having over 80 songs, alongside it having 14 light novels, 16 albums, several mangas and short stories, and other media as well, it is actually fairly easy to understand by reading the novels, and the songs explain many major plot points even without the novels. You should give listening to it's songs a shot and try to understand them!

110% should do a Kagerou Project video. The series is so good although does take a little bit to understand fully, totally worth it though and life altering.

I definitely recommend trying Project Sekai because of all the amazing characters, designs, and song, and how the characters evolve over each new story event. And while the vocaloid are a main part, they make sure that the non-vocaloid characters gets their own spotlight. Kagerou Project is also a recommended series, the songs are just great and how they each tie to a character is amazing. If you have time I also recommend the Seven deadly sins series.

I loved the anime Meku city actors so much, and then I found out it came from Vocaloid. I still have multiple playlists of the songs in different Canon orders

I definitely recommend giving a try to the kagerou project. it has some of my favorite vocaloid songs of all time. Listening to every song in order is ideal (since all of them are part of a pretty big and complicated story) but if you just want a small taste then these are some spoiler free songs: heat-haze days headphone actor children record daze (this last one is not actually a vocaloid song but i still recommend it)

I love the openness and enjoyment in learning about vocaloid and the community!!! I’ve been a lurker in the community for like a decade and only recently started making my own songs /remixes . I don’t know if anyone mentioned it but certain vocaloids are "easier" to use than others, but it varies from person to person. miku is generally easier to use than vocaloids like kagamine rin/len. (i speak from experience LOL) if you ever want to get REALLY detailed into the voicebanks, i think itd be cool for you to look at and compare Kasane Teto's UTAU voice with her new SythesizerV voice. shes come a long way ! ive got 9 voicebanks of my own and have been having a blast messing around with them

8:03 okay I’m not 100% sure somebody alright explained this but oh well. Hatsune Miku Project Diva: Megamix+ is the latest installment in the Project Diva series. Project Diva is a series of rhythm games where you tap buttons to a certain chart set to a song. It’s pretty fun it spans over 14 years and it’s on lots of consoles (psp, ps3, ps4, ps5, switch, pc). It’s pretty fun but the only sad thing is sega kinda gave up on project diva. We haven’t technically had a new game since 2016 (with project diva X) so it’s kinda sad but the fans and modding community have been keeping it alive somehow! Edit: okay also shameless self promotion but I’m making a new video on project diva so if y’all could check it out once I publish it that would be nice :)

Also I hope this doesn't come across rude, but I noticed you struggling on the Japanese pronunciations of things (understandable), but I've messed around with Vocaloid software which let me understand how the language works phonetically. I don't speak it so this may not be 100% accurate, but I made a guide for my friend a little while back that helped them so I thought I'd share it! Keep up the great work!! -- A is pronounced ah (but less breathy) E is pronounced ay I is pronounced ee O is pronounced oh U is pronounced oo If there are two of the SAME vowels next to each other, this doesn't change the pronunciations other than holding it a little longer. "Nee" would not be pronounced "knee," but like "nay." If there are two DIFFERENT vowels next to each other, you do a combination of both vowel sounds, usually with more emphasis on the first one. Like in the word "shoujo," it's not the whole "would" situation in English. It's more or less just pronounced "showjo" Most words can be broken into syllables in groups of consonants and vowels. Watashi would be broken into [wa] [ta] [shi]. In the case of a word like konnichiwa, the extra N would be grouped with both syllables like [kon] [ni] [chi] [wa]. This isn't something that is very noticeable when talking fast so you don't need to worry too much about that, but it helps some
