Oh and to lock the content to the track, simply drag the Midi Out plugin to the playlist channel and it will lock that track to just that plugin, no other content can be put on that track. I know in other daws each instrument is autolocked to its own track. In FL without doing this or rightclicking as selecting "lock to content" you can pretty much put any instrument or sample etc. on that track.

Very nice. It's more Zapp & Roger 'talkbox' than it is vocoder, IMO. But great nonetheless.

can you please make another video in FL showing recording the vocal and with no midi keyboard as well ? can I use a synth like serum and just piano toll the midi?

Yeah might do that later on, the process is exactly the same though with or without keyboard - whatever is in the piano roll on that track will go into it. The synth is internal in Vocodine so you don’t need another synth.

Can you add any plugins in the channel over it without it interfering or messing anything up to give it more of a wet sound? It sounds very dry. Like when roger used the talkbox it had more of a modulated wet sound. Tesdy Riley had more of a dry feel.

Yes, you can. First and foremost especially if you wanna get more Rogery I recommend using the internal stuff too, use the chorus but just a little bit (I tend to activate both the yellow and red), pull back the waveform a little bit so it's in between a pulse and sawtooth, and pick a character + dial in the tone (basically the wetness of the character) which affects it quite a lot. Apart from that, when it comes to external effects you really don't need to add anything as an insert effect on the same channel, but rather use one or two sends for reverb. Go for something bordering on a mix between a slapback delay and a gated reverb.
