The Cell C Sharks' never-say-die attitude was rewarded when they scored a superb last-gasp try, brilliantly converted from the side-line, against the defending champion Crusaders in Durban to win 27-26.
I'l say that Andy Capastagno's call of this is right up there with Dan Hicks calling Torri Huske in the 100 meter butterfly at this year's Olympics or Hugh Bladen on the 2007 S14 final or the AUS/SA game where Gordon Bray goes “Rathbone against his fellow countrymen!” I can't find any other calls that would top those. Maybe Grant Nisbett on the 2000 NZ/AUS game or Bray on the AUS/NZ matches in 2000/2001/2002. If those aren't the greatest calls of all time, then what is? (I'm only including rugby and the Olympics for now.)
