It’s time to nose and taste 5 more vodkas for you. Today’s lineup includes Luksusowa ($15 - Poland) is gluten-free, kosher and distilled 3 times from potatoes. Next are the Purity 34 and Purity 51 ($25 & $30 - Sweden) that are made from organic soft winter wheat and malted barley and rely on narrow “perfect” distillation cuts and a blend of natural mineral water and deionized water - rather than filtration - to produce their vodkas. Next we have a couple of lesser known U.S. made vodkas that proved they can hold their own. Skeptic Vodka ($25 - Illinois) is a cold vacuum distilled spirit made from corn that’s filtered 4 times through ultra-pure carbon. It’s gluten-free, with zero additives, sugar, or carbohydrates. And last but not least we have IslandJon “New Richey Reserve” Vodka ($25 - Florida) a Caribbean inspired vodka made from corn. It’s distilled 6 times and filtered 8 times through charcoal.
