I found this video very upsetting, those poor birds, frightened for their lives, I wish I had millions, so I could have loads of aviaries to put them in and show them a better life.
This is heart-breaking! Poor birds! The cages are so small. And they are being shown like objetcs! I would really love to see them all being released free in the end of the vid :D
I am no trying to defend anyone here because I believe some cages were to small and over crowded. You made the comment I would really love to see them all being released free in the end of the vid. That would be even more heart braking as you put it. if these birds where released they would most likely be dead with in a few days. They have been bread in captivity and don't know how to fend for themselves let alone escape from predators.
As another commenter pointed out, if someone thinks it's okay to keep birds in conditions like this, even temporarily, then their normal cages aren't going to be much of an improvement. When something startles a bird, it has the natural instinct to try to fly. Look at the nanday conures at 1:24 - if something spooked them, and they flapped their wings, it could seriously injure them. Somebody who puts birds at risk like that, even for a short period of time, does not care about their wellbeing.
Yes the cages are small.... If you think about it though, the birds are less apt to injure themselves in these small enclosures. People are there to buy birds. Can you imagine trying to catch one of these birds in a huge cage? This way, the person can choose which bird they want and not cause the birds too much stress. I'm sure the birds feel safer in the small quarters. Scared, yes. But safer.
Thanks for being a voice of reason. This situation is not "ideal" but it protects the birds as well. RU-vid is full of kids who post illogcial knee-jerk reactions. I bet 90% of these idiots don't realize where the meat they eat is coming from.
Humanity is shameful to what these rare and exotc birds go through its really a burden to gods creation. There meant to be set free where there happy not be locked up in cages I feel really horible when it comes to this.
LOVELY BIRDS.. BUY IT AND TAKE HOME WITH YOU AND GIVE THEM NICE PLACE TO BREED ......... AND THEY WILL BE HAPPY EVER... I HOPE YOU PPL UNDERSTAND WHY ARE THEY IN THE CAGE... THANX
People say birds aren't meant to be in cages. Birds love their cages but when u put birds in cages that fucking small, that's wen birds aren't meant to be in cages...
Jak zobaczyłem to na początku myślałem ,, normalny zoologiczny`` a gdy pokazałeś całe pomieszczenie aż żal mi się zrobiło tych ptaków tyle ludzi, tyle stresu, takie małe klatki. Takie firmy powinny być zamykane, reakcja ptaka 01:13 takie klatki??!?!? to chomiki mają większe, co te ptaki przeżywają 20 ludzi się patrzy na jednego ptaka normalnie rzeź istna rzeź!!!!
This is so sad! Its like a jail except they havent done anything wrong:( Imagine if all those people were in a tiny cage like that. they should be flying free not put on show like this. disgusting.
Meteen verbieden dit soort markten, asociaal hoe ze met die beesten om gaan. Maar ik vermoed dat 80% van alle vogelliefhebbers bij de sociaale werkplaats werkt en niet beter weet.
"Probably" is the key word here. Do you know for sure that they are put in "HUGE" cages? And I'm sure there is more than one show, so they are most likely in those cramped little cages for a while. Why are you so defensive of the topic? The ability to make an observation is certainly not a sign of retardation.
