Still one of my favorites. I lose it when he starts singing. This video gave me my first Norwegian mini lesson, and I found a love and interest to learn the language :) Way cool.
American people usually are impressed by the number of languages the guys speak, let's remind them Americans are the only ones in the world that speak a single language only, the rest of the world speak at least their native language, English and one more. Oh, Americans!
Our country is massive, has over three hundred million people in it, and a large portion of Europeans speak English. Its like saying "Oh, China!" because a large portion of their country is comprised of rural farmers that only speak Chinese. If we had trouble communicating in the places we frequent, aka if English wasn't an incredibly pervasive and popular language spoken by billions, we would put more effort towards learning more languages.

Olav Wiik Moland English is so prevalent that any other language I would learn wouldn't be nearly as useful, and incredibly situational. Learning a language is dubiously valuable compared to spending a couple years picking up a trade or becoming very good at a hobby or other skill. There's a reason Americans don't learn many languages, and it isn't because we're unintelligent.
They are a norweigan pair of brothers who are highly talented in the comedy, sketch and variety business, both are pilots and can fly the small planes just to name a few things they can do well. They are known as Ylvis. They speak english norweigan and sweedish fluently, have a gd understanding of serveral oterhs, and besides those a gd understanding of how many others sound like, even tho they dont necesarily speak those fluently if at all, its gd enough to convince the poor victims in this elevator who dont speak them >D

+Youcef Mahdadi They speak fluent English and Norwegian, but they are good at making it sound like they know lots of other languages as well. Often it`s just gibberish.
