★★★★★ Very satisfied with the atmosphere of this quaint stand. Very modern outdoor seating, and spectacular prices. I really adored the artwork that was covering the table; the chocolate sauce, ketchup, mustard, relish, and mayonnaise made a splendid color contrast while also making the venue very noticeable from the view of people strolling down the sidewalk. But of course by far, the most relishing part of the establishment was the occasional splatter of the condiments on your pants and or legs.

Your mistake was using a compressor with only a solenoid to control it. As you saw, there was not enough control to correctly calibrate the amount of sauce. Instead you should have used a reasonably robust peristaltic pump driven by a stepper motor for each topping. Much more fine control of the pressure, so you don't overpressurized as seen above. much more consistent flow too.
