She was about 15 yrs old at the time of this show. She turned 16 yrs old in May. She was a very abused child in her toddler years and was found on the streets of Russia w/ a broken arm and sent to an orphanage. There a worker at the orphanage fell in love with her and adopted her. She had a speech problem- so her new mom sent her to voice/singing lessons at a very young age to help her. Her first appearances as a young singer on competition shows- she yodeled a lot in her songs. That is where I feel she found her strength and her unique sound. The same composer, Igor Krutoy, has taken her under his wing, like he has Dimash. I am so looking forward to what Dimash and Dianna (Dee-Anna) will be sharing in the future with the assistance of this great composer! Her voice has such an old world Celtic sound. I can see her standing on a hill singing down into the valley. Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, comes to mind. She is a powerhouse 🤩🤩🤩🤩

So that you will know, Dimash's super partner is bald piano playing composer Maestro Igor Krutoy. If you watch Diana sing Human you will see that one of the judges is none other than Igor. He is also there in the far right seat on this show the last one to push his button. Since the show Igor has been helping her even while he is composing new songs for Dimash.
