This is another song that VoicePlay covered that I had absolutely no clue as to what it was. After watching VP's version, I went back to the original, and it is one of the most surreal things I have every seen, with the brothers that composed and performed it acting it out with the most supremely humourous deadpan demeanor throughout. As others have mentioned, VP just released "The Way You Make Me Feel" with DJ as the featured guest, and I love it. As some people have commented, there's been a switch in VP's videos and arrangements since the pandemic. Besides the need to have rotating 'featured' performers, they've really pushed themselves in terms of upping the production and both visual and aural presentation, and very often it ends up with an arrangement that many times could not be performed on stage due to the need to double track, etc., in order to get the sound they want to have. Some people have compared it to early vs later years Beatles, where the music they were producing would no longer be something that they could reproduce onstage with just the four of them performing. I understand the need for more elaborate arrangements, and the feeling that they are still essentially presenting music produced by their voices. But I love when they do songs like "The Way You Make Me Feel", or some of the barbershop 'shorts' they've released in the past year, where you get to hear great voices just harmonizing with each other, without some of the post-production 'sweetening'

This video has always been among my top 10 VoicePlay. Yesterday VoicePlay released their latest video. Yet another collaboration with Deejay, a Michael Jackson 'The Way You Make Me Feel' Truly, another title to add to your looong list. Of course it was JNone threwing a big duck at Layne. Those two have a continous friendly fight between them. Mostly it's Layne teasing JNone with carrots!🥕 and then retaliation.

This is a great song, I never heard it before Voiceplay. Deejay's voice is amazing. He joined them in the one they dropped last Friday, The Way You Make Me Feel. I was born in the first half of the last century. I've gotten older, but I don't think I've exactly grown up.

Bang, Butter, and If I Were A Rich Man / Girl are my go-tos when I need a pickup. Or any of their Disney covers. I'm 63, but honestly, some of my tastes are still at 13.🤣

Disclaimer: I'm 73. We expect SO MUCH of people - so many skill sets, often that require very different mental patterns, ways of thinking. For me, "growing up" has meant relaxing and learning that I'm never going to be good at all of it - and that's ok.

Yes Eli, in this case, is short for Eliezer, so pronounced differently. I love this one. And DeeJay is just something else. I've got to 80 but keep forgetting. It's hard to believe, to be honest. :)
