Dear Larry, please accept my sincere THANK YOU for your service to our country, as well as respect and gratitude for your brother's sacrifice. God bless you, sir. You are greatly appreciated by many, many Americans.
Mr. Sossamon, like so many of these Combat Vets, have great insight into the true cost of war and what it does to the families at home. More than most, Larry was able impart the pain that is suffered, and when he spoke of watching his sons play sports, it put into perspective all that is lost. God bless our men and women in uniform, and God bless you Mr. Sossamon.
Fantastic, Larry. These conversations never get boring. When Larry spoke of the stress his parents endured, that was powerful. And the loss of a brother that close...It has to be so hard. God bless both of you.
I hope Sgt Sossamon reads these comments and knows how respected, and loved he is by the citizens of this country that matter, especially on Memorial Day (or close enough). For that matter, every day is Memorial Day for us Americans that don’t take a single serviceman for granted. Such an unassuming, kind gentleman. As always, thanks for posting, Larry!
Phil, another glorious comment from you. Thank you!! You are someone who can read the writing on the wall. I appreciate you and am very glad you are here with us. I hope Mr. Sossamon will read your comment.
What a beautiful smile with the salute !! Thank you sir for your service and sharing your experiences. May the peace of the Lord fill your world everyday.
