This void is going to awaken a beast within Lance just like the table did last league (Might've been the league before). The next character he makes is going to be so stupidly tanky this will never happen again.
I realllllly wish the game would give you a death recap of the types of damage you took and whether it was spell attack/degen for like the last 2 seconds before you died. My biggest problem in getting tanky is can’t always tell where I am weak. You can have decent POB numbers and sometimes still get 1 shot. And I just stare confused like what just happened…
Not going to lie, I can't see shit in that screen shot. The fact that you can even tell what's happening is amazing. PoE visibility is my number one gripe, kudos for figuring out the combination of things that managed to one tap a multi mirror build.
@@dshearwf He could tell what was going on, missing that synth boss slam is impossible, he just thought he could tank it. You can literally see the lasers
66% damage reduction would take a 1/3 hit to 3/3 hit, keep in mind ghost dance also hides the amount of damage you take because its instaneous recover of like 1500-2k es, which won't show on hits. The main point is that I 100% believed it was an attack and thus did not feel it was a threat in the cannot suppress map which actually makes it much more dangerous. Most times this attack hit me for less than 1/3, most likely this was a high roll or a crit is my best guess.
I remember the spark build you made a year or so ago and you said only way to improve it is get a mageblood but that's a lot of farming and that's not your style. Look how much things have changed xdd
The ceiling for how much ward can be hit for is far to low mixed with no way to over leech makes it impossible to be "Giga tanky". Not that you couldnt build around ward if you wanted to but its not voided map runner material.
@@IxAmxOlekWard is very good, that’s not what they were saying. It’s just that it’s not at the levels of reliability to safely run voided maps. You would rather have ES/EV gear over ward, and you’d rather have a mageblood over Ynda.
suppress lucky is just it taking your chance to suppress and rolling it again and taking better result. It wouldn't do anything here because he has no suppress for the map to begin with
Cool build. I think your end of league project could be try and reconstruct some semblance of this in your SSFHC challenge. Chaos Dot is fun and all, but I really enjoy watching you scale up Trickster offensively and defensively to the heavens, it's always been my favorite ascendancy but I think even moreso now after the most recent Polymath rework. Would be cool to see how you do it with more limited resources and with every tileset being a void map. Thanks for the video
immortal in poe is not a thing, way to many stupid mechanics voiding defenses, but you can get tanky to a stupid level with 200 div, just embrace the zDPS.
@@jacobreichert836 my mana stacker in aff was 200~ divs, and he could kill ubers in 3 sec, so... no? 500+ divs chars are either mirror tier items or really meta and rare uniques like nimis.
its a post mortem on what I died to and what I learned from it. Its not a problem. I always knew the risk doing void maps and was very okay with this possible outcome. I am free to make more builds and less tied to this one super time intensive project.
That 5% mastery says about Enemy hit, and not you. You sure that mod "phys against you" works? It would kinda poetical if so. because that would be possible only if a game considers yourself an enemy to yourself :)
you do realize that this content is not part of the base game and meant to push the boundaries right? this character wouldnt die to anything outside of extreme situations like this
