The greatest glasswork put to shame Forever transparent this loneliness The greater picture stole your frame We drew the silver road so motionless All the planes stuck in a hole of my mind Unable to fly in my mind Crashing to ground in my mind The greatest glasswork put to shame Forever inventions so powerless A greater longing to explain We dream a million eyes tonight All the planes stuck in a hole of my mind Unable to fly in my mind Crashing to ground in my mind Ah, wishing they would fly Ah, wishing they would fly away All the planes All the planes All the planes All the planes
As a physical media completist, it drives me crazy that this song has never (officially) been released on CD. Amazon had the "On-Demand" CD-R version but they inexplicably stopped selling it the very damn day I got paid and I was about to buy it, and no source on the planet (including Amazon themselves) can explain "Why?!" 😤
I could have gotten it but I had no idea when I saw it that it was so stupidly rare. All logic would point to "On Demand" meaning that Amazon could produce a new copy "on demand" as people ordered them. Frustrating.
The braided clockwork in my brain The shape of confusion The color of the sound which makes me be insane The faded mock up shimmer-stain The jaded illusion The odor of the hound that's tasting me profane
Glad I found this before I bought the song. Definitely not their best work. "Inmazes" is definitely the best album, with "Monster" and "Homesick machinery" as a close second. Newest album is fine, but lacks intensity for an album the band describes as raw and organic with very little touch up work.
Literally, everything you wrote after your first sentence is wrong and insanely pompous and arrogant. At least everyone who reads your comment from here on will know that you have terrible taste in music.
