I think Ursine Beserker is better than you think. It's health is low because you're supposed to protect it with spells like Sky Splitter and every time you do, that's another Storm Sigil for you.

Flamecaller Caprine actually becomes a 5/6 with Sky Splitter (+2/+4 overall). Hell, even playing Avalanche nets 0 change in her health, since it's an Elemental spell. I honestly think spells just having the Elemental type is going to be a pretty big deal with some of these cards we've been seeing.

sky splitter looks like an ability from voli that he summons lightning from the sky that hurts the enemy a bit but if it hits voli it gives him a shield

Also, with flamecaller, and every other unit that benefits from elemental skills, Volibear's skill plays 3 times, so she would be forged 3 times every time it would trigger.

jhin is an interesting counterpart to Voli. I think the big issue with running jhin is that means you can't run things like stormbringer, as that will kill jhin outright. But with enough control, i think you can do without. Or just not play jhin until you can pair him with the voli play/attack effect. The one unit that might make Voli decks scary is when you play them full control, run the thrall bulwark. Then you still have bodies while pumping out damaging spells The obvious pairing is with A sol, but I feel like that's too greedy. And ... there's not that many titanic units in Targon, surprisingly. It's just Grandfather Rumul and Infinite Mindsplitter. Not that those are bad cards, but I don't know if those are cards I'd *want* to rush with sigils. I've heard some people speculate using janna/updraft to cycle your hand, so you can play a more midrange-y deck and then have volibear on the end-cap. You could run Bard, and give more units the titanic option, but that's reliant on rng. Malphite might be a good option? but i don't know if you'll be playing 10 sigils of the storm. If you could find a some decent landmarks to run, maybe? Temple to True Ice, maybe? Swain could work quite well, all things considered. SI can also be a good pairing, classic hard control, plus titanic units include Rhasa and Ledros, neither of which are cards you'd be unhappy to play at a discount. Plus, presumably the next champion is Yorick, and if the leaks are correct about "deathless" being a keyword, perhaps that may work well with cards like avalanche, stormbringer, etc. for this patch, though, I'd probably just run Volibear with Tryndamere, dipping into targon for heals/control. Good ol' beatstick swordman, who happens to count as titanic. Tryndamere is a potent unit to cheat out early, even if he is simply a big stat stick that has to be killed twice.

Jhin-freljord has been one of my staples. Jhin loves frostbite so he can aggro safely or force stuns with Lotus Trap on specific targets. And you are absolutely right about Riptide Rex being synergistic. I run one copy each of Liss/Ashe/Sej, and Sejuani's boat. Having a big Rex after he wipes the board and levels Jhin often just makes enemies FF. Now I'm just gonna run 2 copies of Voli, 1 Sej, and 3 Jhins😂

Sky splitter makes more sense if you play LoL. Looking at the art, I think it's based on Volibear's E, which shields himself.

2 things to remember, explorers are great to counter landmarks and memes and always put voli on the right side to keep the overwhelm aura unless they have removal

If Sigil of the Storm is ramp, then so is Attune?

If you do a vaults of helia Voli deck, does the self killing of your units count as damage dealt? If so, Volibear will level reliably and hit the board for free. You think that's a cool deck idea?

I'm terrible sorry to break it to you, but it seems that jhin only synergizes with skills, not elemental skills. That also affects ravenbloom conservertory and Lord Broadmane.
