Hi. What to do if I don't see any notifications after connecting a cable? Nothing, only charging the phone. Tiguan 2, 2018 year.

Bought new Caddy with similar device. Had to pay 250€ for "App connection" optiion. Now I'm dissapointed because Android auto works just over UsbC cable. I thougt that cable would be needed only for first pairing.
