SERIES PLAYLIST: • Volkswagen Beetle Road...
This VW Bug is one of the MOST exciting builds currently at our shop and best of all, the really cool fabrication work is yet to come! With the pan chop complete in the last episode, we move onto cutting up the body and fenders of this vintage commuter and prepare to mount to its race-prepped chassis. Once everything is in place, we measure for, design, cut and weld in the fully-custom roll cage and FINALLY get a chance to see what this thing will look like going head-to-head with other cars out at the track!

Very cool. I have had a few Bugs and Raced them all, My last one was a 70 super bug. He was blue and I called him becho ( Bee Cho ) 0:07

We're at a little bit of a standstill with this build as we're waiting on a custom fuel tank to get made. As soon as that comes in, I'll be dropping an episode ASAP. After that, it's off to metal body work, which will make for some great footage. Unfortunately he doesn't, you'll have to keep following our pages for eventual updates!
