I have 2018 Golf R with full options. I connect the WLAN to my mobile hotspot but its not working. Always showing thar car needs to be at stationary while it is. Is it something my cellular and data provider should allow? Is it banned from VW? I dont have something called car net on my screen

I keep searching but couldn't find the information about the sim card size, Is it nano, micro, or regular? Also, does the entertainment system support eSIM?

I updated my radio with a file that was on the Volkswagen site so a official and the App for Carnet doesn’t show anymore what can I do?
