Hey Hey if saw this problem. our crafter has the same problem. The engine-CPU and the transmision think you are not in "complete" neutral. The sensoric of the transmision is the problem
Its most likely a faulty relay . Could also be a grounding issue . Best do a diagnostic scan because there's a lot of different things that can cause a no crank
had similar problem years ago. I took the key/starter module out, locatet a hangi g magneto switch in it, due to overheating. and hung it in front of the dashboard, where it got more air to cool it and so bo overheating. You could put it back, but need to cool down the back of the dashboard, as this area get hot very easily. With a fan or something. I changed the complete Key-/Starter module then. That worked also but was expensive with more than 200€ and relearning of the system, another 100. Now I got a hanging dtarter motor...
