For those wondering how to get out the bulb in the 2nd type. You need to twist anti-clockwise those 2 plastic pads arround the socket. Connect the connector Put the new bulb all the way in so that the metal box module at the end is straight un turn clockwise those plastic pads.

Hi, Isn’t the light getting on? Before you replace it check if the ballast is getting electricity. I mean you have to check the input signal and the output signal. If you have current only on the input and not the output than you have to change it

Hi, this is actually the safer way, yo can try to take the light out by releasing only one side of the bumper but that is not safe, ,you can scratch the light or even brake it
