One leg jumps: 10-15 reps for each leg Box jumps: 10-15 reps Side to side box jumps: 10-15 High knees rrunning in place: 30 seconds Side steps with a jump: 10-15 reps Turn box jumps: 10-15 reps Cross step with raised hands: 10-15 Straight leg running : 30 seconds Cross step plus step with vertical jump: 10-15 rep Straight leg jumping: 30seconds Box jumps: 10-15 reps Squat jump with step: 10-15 Running vertical jump : 10-15 reps Squat jump with raised hands: 10-15 reps High knees jumps: 10-15 reps Jumping off the box: 10-15 reps Jumps off from box after jump on higher one box: 10-15( do the reverse, jump off from bigger an jump on lower box, th same reps)

I dont play vb but i practice mma and my coach often puts me to fight with people way taller than me and my roundhouse kicks always lose power when i try to reach for the head jumping but this excersices work lots for increasing your reach and leg strength, thanks for the video

Nice workout Gonna try it Get back to you with results After 3 weeks I tried this exercise routine for 2 weeks and my vertical increased about 2-3 inches moreover increased my speed on the court. Will continue in quarantine for 3 more weeks. And thanks for video.

Your muscle will grow when you rest, while you're training they will got "hurt" and try to be stronger for the next workout, so for this you have to rest at least 2 days

@@leodea9329 it's been only 2 weeks but i can honestly say that my body is slowly taking form especially my calves and thighs and i think it's because i do this training for 4 days with a healthy meal and take 2 days off for the recovery of muscles but i still play volleyball in those 2 days and take a full 1 one day rest so monday to thursday i train and friday to saturday i rest but still play and sunday a full rest day
