@JoseOrtega-wz5ep there's a study with pro swings. All pros with high elbow had an injury then changed their swing afterwards. Sure a player like lucas has very strong rotator cuff muscles because he grew up in Brazil doing all sorts of movements as a child. His shoulder still got injured just later than the others

Could hurt yourself with that kinda swing. Be more dynamic and use your entire body to rotate into the ball, also use a low elbow swing(bow and arrow) or circular
